Permanently attach a muzzle device to the barrel.  This process (with proper length muzzle device) brings your overall length to 16" or longer and in compliance with Federal, State or Local laws regulating barrel length or removable muzzle devices. This is the pinning and welding service only and does not including removing any currently installed muzzle devices or threading your barrel to accept a muzzle device.  We DO NOT pin and weld any aluminum muzzle devices.

BEFORE SHIPPING OR BRINGING IN YOUR BARREL / MUZZLE DEVICE

1.  VERIFY ALL MEASUREMENTS BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR PARTS
OVERALL LENGTH = BARREL LENGTH + MUZZLE DEVICE LENGTH - 0.625" (normal thread length)

2. AR15 STYLE UPPERS (REQUIRING BARREL NUT / GAS BLOCK):

Optiion 1: Disassembled Parts
Be sure to include your barrel nut and gas block with your barrel and muzzle device.  These parts CAN NOT be installed after the pin and weld is completed.  Be sure the barrel nut is the one you want to use for your rail or handguard as it can not be reomved after this service.  Be sure to include any shims needed for muzzle device alignment.

Option 2: Assembled Upper
Bring or send in your assembled upper receiver.  We do not need your charging handle, bolt carrier group or any installed accessories / optics.  We will verify muzzle device clearance with your rail prior to permanant installation of the muzzle device.  Be sure to include any shims needed for muzzle device alignment.

3. Bolt Action / Other Rifles

It is best to send just your barrel or barrled action If no other parts are required to be installed behind the muzzle device.  We do not need your entire rifle, chassis, stock etc for this service and additional shipping will be charged prior to return if the entire firearm is sent in.  Please call us to confirm if you are uncertain. 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

All Firearms and Parts must be shipped to our Licensed Address (FFL EZ Check 5-76-01714) and will be returned directly to the customer via USPS priority mail with insurance.  Please include the following with service requests sent in:

1) IF SHIPPING A SERIALIZED FIREARM: Include a Copy of your Drivers License showing Name, Address, etc..
2) Copy of your order confirmation If you prefer us to return your firearm via UPS, please make sure you have selected that as an option when you order.
3) Any parts that you wish to have installed.  We will contact you if there are any missing / damaged / unsupplied parts needed to complete your build or service.
