SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

SHIPPING US YOUR SLIDE/PARTS FOR CUSTOM SERVICES

** DO NOT SHIP ANY COMPLETE FIREARMS OR FRAMES TO US: SHIP SLIDE / PARTS ONLY **  

 
  1. WHAT TO SHIP: Remove the slide from the frame and then remove the barrel/guide rod assembly. The remainder of disassembly is included with your purchase. If you have iron sights you would like installed during re-assembly (Free of Charge) please include them along with your slide.

  2. PACKAGING: Pack your slide / part(s) in a normal shipping box (non-firearms related is suggested).  Please ensure that your slide / parts are well protected with bubble wrap or similar shipping materials, and ensure your box is taped up really well.

  3. COPY OF YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION: Include a printed copy of your order confirmation email or write your order number on a slip of paper along with your contact information and include it with your shipment.  If we do not know who you are or where to return your parts there will be a delay in both service and return shipping.

  4. SHIPPING: You are responsible for the cost and arrangements for shipping your slide / parts to us.  Shipping charges on your order are strictly to cover the return shipping and insurance for your order.

  5. INSURANCE: Please be sure to insure your slide / parts for the replacement value should any shipping issues occur.  Shipping insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for damaged, lost or mis-delivered packages.

We are open normal business hours Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm.   To speed up the process, please order the service online before bringing in your Slide / Parts.
